Pradium does not take a percentage of your commission.* Instead, we charge you a small flat fee per transaction!
*Agent can choose between flat fee or 30% commission split (for transactions where the flat fee would be higher than 30%)

How We Compete with Other Brokerages
Before starting Pradium Realty we called several brokerages and asked about their commission structures. There was one trend that we noticed over and over again.
